BEVZA delivers worldwide.

Express Delivery: Please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch, delivery usually takes 2-5 working days.

Dispatch time might be extended up to 3-5 working days due to the current pandemic situation. Deliveries to Russia may take 15-30 working days. 

We offer free express shipping on all orders above €800.

Delivery cost:

Order amount up to 300 euro  - 20 euro

Order amount from 300 to 500 euro - 15 euro

Order amount from 500 to 800 euro - 10 euro

All deliveries to Russia for the period of quarantine  - 50 euro

*All deliveries are free within Ukraine.  

We entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers such as DHL (for international deliveries) and Nova Poshta (for domestic deliveries).

Please note the prices do not include international taxes and customs fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country's legislation.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or holidays. In case of any changes you will be contacted by our sales team.

We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible timeframe and a confirmation email will be sent when your package is on its way. As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all BEVZA.COM orders are shipped out of KYIV, UKRAINE (not EU country) - WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased.

If your order is taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress using the tracking information sent in your order confirmation email.

Mostly Bestseller items will be made on individuals measurements of the client.

RETURNS:

Please note Bevza does not accept non authorised returns.

We offer full refunds or exchanges into a different size if an unwanted item is shipped/postmarked within 14 days from when it was delivered to you.

Once the item(s) has been shipped you will need to provide our team with the return delivery tracking number.

In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition with original labels and packaging and must be accompanied by both the original sales receipt and a return authorisation number (RAN). Contact customer@bevza.com to request the return authorisation number (RAN) and receive all the instructions to return the items.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item must be included and returned in its original condition. Goods that are returned with damages may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

In case of absence of desired size, BEVZA may provide a store credit for a relevant amount or refund. BEVZA is not responsible for return shipping costs. All refunds exclude delivery costs.

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

Clients choose the courier of their own preference, taking into account that the parcel must be delivered within 20 days.

In cases not covered by this Delivery and return policy, issues are solved individually by negotiations of the parties.
